激光粒度儀的調(diào)試前的需要檢查五點

激光粒度儀使用時也要進行特定的安裝調(diào)試，那么我們?nèi)绾握_的對粒度儀進行正確的調(diào)試呢?還有就是在調(diào)試時要注意那些問題呢?在正式開始使用激光粒度儀，我們需要做好激光粒度儀的調(diào)試前的檢查工作。具體工作內(nèi)容如下：

1、新安裝的設備，在設備就位時，難免會殘留鐵塊、焊條頭、焊渣等異物。在不開主電機的情況下，打開進料口下面的除雜擋板，讓雜質(zhì)和洗倉物料從此處排出；

4、檢查剎克龍下面關(guān)風器是否有漏風現(xiàn)象，可以用手或細粉料放在接口處有無往里吸的感覺，如有必須進行密封處理。上述檢查一切正常后，準備帶料生產(chǎn)；

5、對激光粒度儀www.hyundaitv.com.cn的喂料電機和分級輪電機兩個變頻器進行參數(shù)檢查設定,檢查電機所對應的空開、接觸器、熱繼電器、過電流繼電器調(diào)整是否合適，將一次線全部重新鎖緊一遍。
